Susan Barnes, Owner
I was born and raised in a small village just outside of Edinburgh, Scotland where my family owned and operated a small full service hotel. Upon leaving home and many travels, I decided to settle in the great Finger Lakes Region in upstate New York. I chose the area because it reminds me so much of Scotland. I can be found picking fruit on the farm or selling gorgeous locally grown produce on the farm stand.

I have spent most of the last 20 years living in and loving upstate New York. I am working on completing my degree in Business Management and Economics. When I am not greeting guests, digging in the gardens, pruning trees or serving customers on the farm stand I work at the local Cornell Cooperative Extension office assisting with and marketing and communications for area agritouism efforts.
For fun, I love traveling, meeting new people, cooking, hiking and of course gardening!
It is so much fun to welcome people from all over the world and tell them about this little corner of the world that is the Finger Lakes!
